Full Metal Fab Automotive and Tuning's dyno cell features a dual 13" roller chassis dyno, designed for 2 wheel drive vehicles. This powerful setup is rated up to 1350WHP and includes an eddy current brake capable of providing up to 950lbft of braking force. It offers real-time WHP and torque readings, making it an ideal choice for both power runs and steady state engine tuning. For those looking to fine-tune timing and air-fuel ratios, steady state tuning is unmatched. If you have a low car, our 14ft ramps create a gentle slope to the rollers. Whether you drive FWD or RWD, our chassis dyno can accommodate both configurations with just the flip of a switch. Our advanced data acquisition system supports CAN BUS messaging, wideband O2 readings, and up to two additional 0-5v analog inputs. The dyno software is equipped with a built-in CAN Analyzer to decode your CAN messages seamlessly. We provide wideband O2 readings via our tailpipe sniffer, utilizing the LSU 4.9 Bosch sensor. Additionally, we offer various pressure transducers and temperature sensors for connection and logging, all featuring 1/8 NPT male threads. RPM signals can be captured through CANBUS using our optical RPM sensor, or with our inductive pickup if coil wires are available; however, manual settings based on gear ratios are typically not suitable for most automatic transmissions. Since dyno tuning can vary significantly, we encourage you to fill out the form below to confirm our capabilities, any potential additional costs (such as unlock credits, ANN trainers, tuning interfaces), and our availability. FMF Tuning also hosts "dyno days" for clubs and organizations, where the flat fee of $500 covers 3 power runs for up to 8 cars—bringing 8 cars means just $62.50 per driver. Ample time is allocated between each run to modify components like intakes, analyze data logs, adjust your personal tune, and cool down intercoolers before the next run. Contact us to reserve your dyno day, as slots are filling quickly. Clubs that hold dyno days at least every two years qualify for tuning discounts. We also offer a flat rate of $125 for 3 dyno power runs, with 15-20 minutes between runs to allow for adjustments, intercooler cooling, and data logging. As an SCT dealer, we provide a power run discount for customers who purchase a BDX or X4 from us; for an additional $50, we will perform before and after runs with your new flash tune. One of our tuning partners squeezed 303WHP and 262lbft out of this 1.6 liter d series. This Delsol is a rocket ship. I suspect there is a decent amount left in it.

Check out BCTuned.com if you are in the greater Bangor area. Our tuning partners share our same passion for cool noises, transparency, and quality. Braelan is extremely knowledgeable about all things performance. Thanks for working with us on this cool build!
At FMF we believe in engine safety as we creep up on peak numbers. It is much easier to raise the boost cut than replace a piston. We don't tune your car to the edge, knowing how much fuel quality and air temps change season to season. We like our tunes aggressive but safe. We understand many of these race cars sit months at a time - that's why we are excited to also offer fuel injector cleaning and flow testing in house. Sitting all winter is hard on our racecars. Nothing ruins a good tune like stuck or leaky injectors. See our shop for details.
